Description:
If I understand correctly, AbstractParser was added to allow an easier
transition from the 3 parameter to 4 parameter (with ParseContext) call to
{{parse(...)}}. The 3 parameter call has been deprecated for a long time.
Let's remove the 3 parameter parse in Tika 2.0.
