That way of calling Tika doesn't pass in the filename, so it'll be detected on
contents only.
Without an example file, there isn't that much more we can do. If you wanted,
you could use a debugger (eg the Eclipse one) to step through
ZipContainerDetector, and let us know why it isn't triggering the OOXML
detection for your file
