Resolution: Information Provided
Step 1 - upgrade to a more recent version of Apache Tika
Step 2 - Follow the instructions at
https://tika.apache.org/1.14/configuring.html#Configuring_Parsers to exclude
the parser
Step 3 - Follow the instructions at
https://wiki.apache.org/tika/Troubleshooting%20Tika#Identifying_what_Parsers_your_Tika_install_supports
to verify the parser was disabled
