Nick Burch resolved TIKA-2346.

Resolution: Fixed
Implemented in aa4954fb44f707779693faea785acc219739ccd5 as
OfficeParserConfig.setIncludeShapeBasedContent(boolean). Currently only affects
XLSX and DOCX as those are the only ones where we have appropriate controls on
the recursion/descent into shapes
