Hmmm...Swapping out the Tika jars from our nightly build wouldn't work at all
with POI 4.0.0. From the stacktrace, it looks like any docx/pptx/xlsx should
trigger the problem. I don't think it would require specific documents.
I just made some updates to the TIKA-2552 branch, and I'm about to kick off the
regression tests again after we fixed: 62591, 62608 and 62592 in POI.
