{{application/rss+xml}} is a subtype of {{application/xml}} so there shouldn't
be any problems here. You'll need to get ServiceNow or your integration with it
to fix their logic, and have them check for subtypes. You can ask Tika if a
given type is a subtype of something else, using code like
{{mediaTypeRegistry.isSpecializationOf}}
