On TIKA-2147, we don't currently have an "off-the-shelf" solution, because it
will require substantial updates at the POI level to fix the DOM parser to take
into account a Glossary (template) document. The current workaround is to use
the beta SAX docx parser within Tika. See how to configure this via the config
