This is a first draft, a rough copy and paste of [~tilman]'s code.
I don't like my non-OO checks for {{getDetectAngles()}} in {{startPage}} and
{{endPage}}. If there's a cleaner way to include the current Tika handling per
page and yet also include this new capability, we should find it...
Once we upgrade to PDFBox 2.0.13, I'll apply this. This should make it into
Tika 1.20.
