Thank you for the pointer! The project has an ASL 2.0 license, which is great!
The author/project would need to do a few things for this to work in Tika...and
I’ve only briefly looked at the code... there may be more...
1) add license headers to every source file
2) mavenize the project or figure out an alternate build system for 3)
3) release the code to maven central
4) upgrade to POI 4.x and be willing to maintain the code as POI changes
