Let us know if there are some benefits to your implementation. Isolation of 
Tika to its own jvm is critical and committers are standing by for PRs. 

Also, if you do go with yours, you might consider testing it w our MockParser 
(if you aren’t; sore haven’t had a chance to look) which will do permahangs/oom 
and other misbehavior at your command.
