restarting our public server

All,
  I've restarted our public server here: http://162.242.228.174:9998/
with the -spawnChild option on.  Tesseract is running, but I haven't
configured anything special for parser specific handling.

We used to use cors to do something with Tyler's github.io (was there
a file-dropper UI there?).  That site no longer exists, AFAICT, so I
removed the cors commandline option.

Let me know how we can improve it.
