Currently the RTF parser only deals with HYPERLINK type fields. We should
expand this to include form field types such as checkboxes and text fields. The
RTF spec defines three types of form fields - text, checkbox and list
([http://latex2rtf.sourceforge.net/rtfspec_7.html#rtfspec_31]).
