All,

I couldn't download the miredot plugin today, so that's broken on our
website.  I should have announced TIKA-2993's change in behavior for /rmeta
in the CHANGES-1.23.txt file.  I didn't.  I did add it as a note on our
site at least.

  Other than that, I _think_ it all worked out.  Let me know if there are
surprises.
