I just moved /TIKA/TikaJAXRS to
https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/TIKA/TikaServer, and I left in a
"moved to link" from TikaJAXRS.
History lesson: we used to have an old-school server that opened a port and
then the new JAXRS server...hence the name of that wiki page. We've gotten rid
of the old school server so we can change the page name.
If anyone has objections, we can move the content back, but I agree w Eric that
we should at least head in this direction.
