In my mind, plist was always XML, so plist says to me XML.  This ascii stuff is 
new to me, but probably very, very old.

 

Again, in my mind, after xml, there was binary, so I'm happy adding a "b" to 
plist for that.

 

If you have recommendations and [~nick] agrees, I'm more than happy to use 
anything for the mime types.  I do think we should distinguish btwn binary and 
xml.
