The Grobid journal parser requires jaxrs. There are plans to do a better job
of modularizing the parsers so that users can take only the parsers they need
in 2.0.0. [~bobpaulin] admirably set us on the path, but we haven't staged
that yet for a 2.0-ALPHA release.
Perhaps, we should get moving on that. I won't have time until mid August, and
my track record... :P
