I finally got some time to investigate on this...Apologize for the delay!
I played around with EasyOCR again and now setting up latest dev version of
Tika (I am at least 1000 commits behind :P).
After that we can decide what the API should look like (Should we attempt to
have it similar to tesseract in Tika or the image recognition/captioning APIs
we offer?)...
