Once I confirm a clean local build, I'll push the changes. I made several
improvements in both regular odf and flat odf macro handling. I made
{{extractMacros}} configurable along the lines of the MSOffice parsers, and,
like the MSOffic parsers I made the default {{false}}. Users will have to turn
this on.
