We currently release: tika-app, tika-server and tika-eval.
Given that we factored out {{tika-parser-sqlite3-module}} and
{{tika-parser-scientific-module}}, should we release those as artifacts as well
so that folks can drop those on their path to get the same coverage of parsers
as we currently have in tika-app/tika-server?
