load error handler in TikaConfig for 2.x?

All,
  Do we still need the LoadErrorHandler for TikaConfig 2.x?  IIRC, we
added that so that folks who didn't want a dependency could prevent
the loading of the dependency and then silence complaints -- if set to
ignore.
  Theoretically, with Tika 2.x, users should be able to pick the
parsers and dependencies they want somewhat more generally (although,
obv, not on a parser by parser basis...)
  Do we still need this?
