I retested, IMHO there are only two links that should be corrected, they are on
the main page:
https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/release/tika/CHANGES-1.24.1.txt
change to
https://archive.apache.org/dist/tika/CHANGES-1.24.1.txt
https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/release/tika/CHANGES-1.25.txt
change to
https://archive.apache.org/dist/tika/CHANGES-1.25.txt
