After a bunch of twiddling with the IDE, there wasn't much left that I had to
manually fix[1]. I added checkstyle and made {{tika-core}} compliant with
checkstyle. For now, checkstyle will fail the build only for the tika-core
module. The rest of the modules haven't been updated yet.
Let me know what you think and if you have any concerns about the whole
checkstyle module and/or choices I made in the configuration of it.
[1] If anyone knows how to tell Intellij to enforce line limits on comments
when I "format code", let me know.
