OK so it turns out that Apache INFRA has deployed JFrog's Artifactory... which
we can use to host the Helm chart.
Gaving McDonald has created credentials for me to access and hopefully publish
to Artifactory so I am moving in that direction right now.
I found the
[helm-push-artifactory-plugin|https://github.com/belitre/helm-push-artifactory-plugin]
which looks like it could really help out so I am trying that.
