[~lfcnassif], I was able to trigger this problem fairly easily with large PDFs.
Given that I copied/pasted from the ForkParser, I'm wondering if you've
noticed this problem in the ForkParser as well...specifically, the server jvm
gets overwhelmed and the server timeout thread fails to work within a
reasonable amount of time. On some runs, I was seeing the server thread
timeout kick in after 5 minutes or so for what should have been a 30 second
timeout.
