The mp3 looks like we just need to adjust the metadata field we are looking for
thank you for you input on that issue. However we still have the issue with
EPOCH date being set for our mp4 file. I have included a link to data that
better show this issue with sample program as I believe the data I provided
earlier may not have had that issue as previously thought.
