<https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/release/tika/CHANGES-2.0.0-BETA.txt>
on website [https://tika.apache.org/index.html] are broken and show
404
Not Found
The requested URL was not found on this server.
I think they work if changed to something like this
https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/release/tika/2.0.0-BETA/CHANGES-2.0.0-BETA.txt
