Description: I recently stubbed my toes for longer than I would have liked
on making changes to tika-core -> tika-app.jar, but the changes weren't
reflected, because tika-core was also packaged with the sqlite3 module jar, and
both jars were on my classpath. (was: I recently stubbed my toes for longer
