Tim Allison resolved TIKA-1436.
-------------------------------
    Fix Version/s: (was: 2.0.1)
                       (was: 2.0.0-BETA)
                       (was: 1.17)
                   2.0.0
       Resolution: Fixed

We're doing a better job with this in 2.0.0. We're still throwing a WLR, but
this is caught and reported in /rmeta. WLR is now public in 2.x.

Please reopen if you feel there are better ways to handle this.

> with regards to the thread "[PDFParser] - read limited number of characters"
> on Mar 29, I would like to propose the attached patch. I noticed that in Tika
> 1.6 there have been some work around a better handling of the
> WriteLimitReachedException condition, but I believe it could be even
> improved.
