schema updates.
I'm now seeing _root_ for every document, but I'm still not seeing
_nest_parent_ or _nest_path_.

Are these populated if the embedded docs are only children of the root document
and not, say, great grandchildren? We're not modeling the full hierarchy of
embedded documents in either the Solr or OpenSearch emitters...just
parent/child.
