The code example given in the javadoc of the
[StandardHtmlEncodingDetector|https://tika.apache.org/2.1.0/api/org/apache/tika/parser/html/charsetdetector/StandardHtmlEncodingDetector.html]
should be upgraded to be based on the 2.x API. I'll open a PR...
