1.27.1?

All,
   There’s a chance that a fixed version of jdom2 is available. If so, I
propose making some other dependency upgrades and running a release of
1.27.1.
   I have not been backportinf new functionality. If there’s anything that
needs to be backported, or if there’s anything you’d like to get into
1.27.1, please let me know.
  Does this sound reasonable to you?
