Summary: Update .gitattributes for eol to fix build on Windows
with autocrlf

When building on Windows, cloning with default autocrlf leads to test failures.
One workaround is to set eof to lf before cloning, but this requires an extra
action by users. We have a .gitattributes file; we should update that for the
handful of files that are currently causing problems.
