I just pushed a new branch: TIKA-3751-ossindex that passes ossindex. I'm
waiting to see if I can get a full local build.
I _think_ some of these are real, but it is weird that we can't upgrade our way
out of some of these items, e.g. there are apparently no upgrades available.
