There's an announcement at ApacheCon in about an hour... I think the Infra team are still working out the details on how it'll all work.
However, there's an additional offer to Tika for us to get some help on our tests, especially the regression run. (I think it's open to other ASF projects with "interesting" tests but we're the first ones to ask!)
