Tyler Thorsted recently shared a pdf created by Photoshop that contains an
image of the rendered page (e.g. the original image?) in a /Private object
underneath a /PieceInfo object.
Do we want to add custom handling to extract these images and/or embedded files
that are under /PieceInfo objects?
