The Planetary Data System Version 2 format occurs 6,128 times in the latest
Common Crawl dataset. No known mime type. Magic is hex 534644555F4C4142454C
somewhere in the first 50 or so bytes, usually at offset 43, but has also
appeared at offset 37 and 39.
Format is called Vicar label file by `file` and Isis Cube data by trid.
