Summary: Improve cleanup of temporary resources for crashed
PipesServers

If a PipesServer fetches bytes into a temp file, and that PipesServer crashes,
the temp file is not cleaned up.
The PipesClient should specify a tmp directory for each PipesServer and then
clean up that directory when restarting the PipesServer.
