[~solomax], with the commit I just pushed, we're still getting a bunch of test
errors in tika-server, but we can at least get a full build with -DskipTests.
We need to figure out what's going wrong with the tika-server tests and wait
for the sis upgrade before we can merge into main, but I think we're in much
better shape than we were yesterday.
