I failed to detect a change in 5.2.4 which leads to ~1800 new exceptions in our
regression corpus (https://bz.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=67767).
We should revert to 5.2.3 or wait for 5.2.5, which should be out fairly soon
because of an unrelated regression:
