Review Comment:
   Download URLs provided for each drive item seem to be unique (we can confirm 
this) and they are provided in the MS Graph API response.
   
   Using the URL would prevent this specificity required in crafting a fetch 
key. This would simplify the call to the fetcher as well.
   
   Thoughts?
