Summary: Improve pst logging with -Z option

We have not yet implemented a converter from a pst email object into a stream
(.eml or .msg).
Users may be surprised that the output for logical msg/emls consist of
zero-byte files.
On this ticket, we'll improve handling of PST attachments and add logging and a
stub for an embedded stream translator. This ticket will not cover implementing
the translator.
