TIKA-3082 -- OpenAPI for tika-server
TIKA-4519 -- use pf4j for pipes fetchers, emitters, iterators, reporters
TIKA-4520 -- move legacy tika-server-standard to Spring
TIKA-4521 -- remove tika-pipes endpoints from tika-server-standard and
host them in tika-grpc as a rest endpoint
