I have gotten the Tika Grpc project production ready in this branch:

See the readme for the updates made.
This should replace Tika Grpc that is in the Tika project now.
Acceptance Criteria:
* The Tika project's tika-grpc code is replaced with the newer code.
* This Tika Grpc Docker is updated:
Update the Docker build here: https://github.com/apache/tika-grpc-docker
So that it builds the Tika-Grpc similar to this project:
