Description:
Small step on the way to pf4j.
One of the goals of 4.x is to move away from shade to assembly. On this ticket,
I propose removing the shade plugin from all pipes modules, and the detector
modules where we have it.
I'm going to leave as is for now: tika-app, tika-eval-app, tika-server-core,
tika-server-standard, tika-grpc and tika-parser-nlp-package.
