We have a bunch of checks scattered throughout our codebase for whether the
incoming InputStream is a TikaInputStream. On an earlier ticket, I converted
all embedded file handling to TikaInputStream. This dramatically simplified
those portions of the codebase.
Unless there are objections, I propose doing that for all detectors and parsers
for 4.x.
