JIRA is down (for me at least) at the moment.
I plan to remove 2.9.4 from our downloads page. I also plan to
remove 2.9.4 from ASF's dlcdn. It is available on maven central and in
the archives. I also plan to update our README to make it even clearer
that we are not supporting 2.x.
I can revert any of these changes if people feel differently. Thank you.
