Closing this ticket as the plugin-roots command-line option has been
successfully implemented and tested.
The work included:
- Added --plugin-roots/-p option to TikaGrpcServer
- Updated documentation
- Created reproducible build process for tika-grpc-docker
A separate issue (TIKA-4581) has been created to address the fetcher
persistence issue discovered during testing.
