I came across a bug in how we're handling content-type parser overrides in 3.x
and 4.x. When we set parser overrides, we're not also setting the regular
content-type so that field is null. :yikes:.
This came up when I was looking at the PST attachments, but I think it applies
more generally.
We need to fix this.
