This issue should implement a GitHub Actions workflow that automatically
detects new upstream Apache Tika Docker image releases on DockerHub and opens a
pull request bumping all version references in the Helm chart (Chart.yaml,
values.yaml, values.schema.json). Should run daily via cron schedule, with a
manual workflow_dispatch trigger available for on-demand use.
