If we refactor the inference and vlm resources to not use okhttp and use jdk's
httpclient , we can add these to tika-server-standard and tika-vlm with nearly
zero added dependencies.
Given that these are very lightweight wrappers, and even more lightweight
without okhttp, I think we should bundle them.
